The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark is assisting Mykolaiv in ensuring water supply to the citizens of Mykolaiv.
In total, the government supplies 50 units of reverse osmosis water treatment plants via its partner organization, Danish Refugee Council.
The first plants have now been delivered and are being installed in the city.
The plants will ensure not only drinking water - but also clean water for the district heating systems.
This assistance became possible thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, the DRC Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine and the city of Mykolaiv.
More assistance to Mykolaiv is on its way as part of Denmark’s dedicated winterization package.
