On Friday, Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, along with the Danish Ambassador to Ukraine, Mr. Ole Egberg Mikkelsen, inspected the new backhoe loaders. They have already been distributed to various enterprises. These machines will be used for eliminating the consequences of shelling, cleaning up illegal dumps, and other work around the city.
We greatly need this kind of equipment, as much of it was damaged during the shelling, and many loaders simply broke down while clearing debris when the city was being heavily shelled and there was a lot of destruction. We also provided what was needed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Therefore, today Mykolaiv is seeking help from partners to update the equipment at enterprises so that municipal workers can efficiently perform their duties.
The mayor thanked Denmark for financing the delivery and supporting Mykolaiv, and UNOPS for conducting the procurement and delivering the equipment to our city.
