In September–December 2025, Department of Internal Financial Control, Oversight, and Anti-Corruption of the Mykolaiv City Council conducted 26 on-site audits covering 7 structural units of the executive bodies and 19 municipal enterprises.
The purpose of the audits was to assess how humanitarian aid received by the city during May–August 2025 was recorded, stored, and used.
The audits found no violations in the handling of humanitarian aid. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the approved regulations governing the receipt, accounting, distribution, and use of humanitarian assistance.
