Report on the Use of Humanitarian Aid
During the second quarter of 2024, the Department of Internal Financial Control, Oversight, and Anti-Corruption monitored the aid received by Mykolaiv between January and April 2024. A total of 36 on-site inspections were conducted, covering 11 executive body subdivisions of the Mykolaiv City Council and 25 municipal enterprises. These inspections reviewed available humanitarian aid and ensured proper accounting, storage, and use of items such as equipment, computer technology, generators, vehicles, and building materials. As a result of these inspections, no violations in the handling of humanitarian aid were found.

Between January and May 2024, inspections were conducted on 17 structural units of the executive bodies of the Mykolaiv City Council and 32 municipal enterprises. An inventory of available humanitarian aid was performed, ensuring control over its accounting, storage, and use. This included equipment, computer technology, generators, vehicles, building materials, and medical devices.

Report on the Utilization of Humanitarian Aid for 2022
The Department of Internal Financial Control, Supervision, and Anti-Corruption conducted 53 field inspections concerning the handling of humanitarian/charitable aid received by the Mykolaiv City Council, its executive bodies, municipal enterprises, institutions, and organizations throughout 2022.
